These Terms regulate booking, payment, cancellation and service rules on henpartypoint.com. By submitting a reservation, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms in full.

1. General Information

We offer transportation services (limousines and transfers), workshops, tastings, sauna & SPA rituals, photo and video services, as well as other entertainment and event-related activities.

2. Booking

2.1. A booking is confirmed only after the prepayment is received.
2.2. Consultation and programme planning are free of charge.
2.3. We reserve the right to reject a booking for safety or operational reasons.

3. Prepayment and Payment

3.1. The minimum prepayment is 30% of the service price.
3.2. Some services may require 100% prepayment (for example yachts or high-demand activities).
3.3. If partial payment is made, the remaining amount must be paid on the day of the event.
3.4. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut and cash (by prior agreement).

4. Cancellation

4.1. Cancellation rules depend on the specific service and are always stated in its description.
4.2. Some services have non-refundable prepayment.
4.3. Other services may allow cancellation within a specific timeframe.

5. Rescheduling

5.1. A rescheduling request must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the event.
5.2. If rescheduling is requested within 7 days, it is possible only if alternative dates are available.
5.3. If no alternative dates are available, the client may choose another free date or the prepayment will be forfeited.
5.4. Rescheduling is possible only if the service provider has available capacity.

6. Number of Participants

6.1. Minimum and maximum group size depends on the specific activity.
6.2. Some activities allow smaller groups with adjusted pricing.
6.3. Large groups may require multiple vehicles or multiple locations.

7. What is Included

7.1. Everything included in the service price is stated in the description of each activity.
7.2. Additional options are charged separately unless stated otherwise.

8. Alcohol

8.1. Clients may bring their own drinks for activities where it is allowed.
8.2. Some venues follow a “no outside alcohol” rule — this is always indicated.
8.3. The group is fully responsible for behaviour and safety.

9. Routes and Duration

9.1. Routes for transportation services are agreed in advance.
9.2. Trips outside city limits are priced individually.
9.3. Limousine rental time is counted from the moment the vehicle arrives at the client’s location.

10. Weather Conditions

10.1. Outdoor activities may be rescheduled if weather conditions make execution impossible.
10.2. If the request is made within 7 days, payment is non-refundable, but the event may be moved to any available date.

11. Force Majeure

11.1. We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, flight cancellations, illness, venue closure, emergency situations or sudden provider changes.
11.2. In such cases, bookings may be rescheduled, but payments are non-refundable.

12. Age Restrictions

12.1. Minors may participate only if the booking is made by an adult.
12.2. Some services may have age restrictions.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking or making a payment, the client confirms that they accept these Terms, that all provided information is accurate, and that they understand the cancellation, rescheduling and prepayment policies.
